I work in business co., for 9 hour , and my stomach is fat ,my stight is 150 cm , i want to become butifule and good helth .
Also 1 am mariage and 27 years old , i have not baby .

Walk. Take stairs instead of eleveators. On your break, do not enter the break room where people sit and eat. Walk to the store instead of drive, if you are able. Excersize with weights when you watch tv. The little things will change your life.

Well, it sounds like you have no time for excercise. So you have to make up for that with eating really healthy. And take any opportunity to move a little extra. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, when you're in the bathroom alone jump around for a few seconds to get the blood moving and burn 10 calories. The little stuff like that really helps. And the most important thing is don't eat if you're not hungry. Even if it's mealtime. If you aren't hungry then you're body doesn't need any food so eating will only make it store that food and it will later become fat. Good Luck!

The most important thing that you could do is watch the type of foods that you eat. You should definately limit fats, starches, sugars and salt. Another key to losing the weight is to make your matabolism speed up. The two most important factors is to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Each meal should be no more than 200 calories. By eating this many times a day you constantly keep your body in calorie burning mode. The other important factor to this equation is exercise. If you are trying to lose the weight it all comes down to expending more calories in a day than what you take in. You should start off slowly at first and definately talk to a doctor to make sure that there aren't any health issues. I started at about 20 min. per day of cardio and now i do between an hour and a half to two and a half hours of cardio. You should definately increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. ****This is also a very huge part to losing the weight. You need to take in a lot of water. This does two things for you it helps your body flush out impurities and it also keeps your body hydrated so that it will work at it's best.***** Another thing that will do your body wonders is to eat oatmeal at least once a day. The oatmeal acts like a scrubber cleaning out the excess fat and cholesterol from your system. After four months of eating oatmeal, my cholesterol fell from 237 to 140. You also want to refrain from eating food 3-4 hours prior to going to sleep for the night, so that you give your body a chance to work off the calories. Any left over calories during the night will be converted to fat.

Walk as much as you can. Instead of the elevator, take the stairs; instead of a taxi, use public transport.

Watch what you eat... stop drinking soft drinks and drink PLAIN water instead. Avoid sweet additives to your coffee or tea.

When hungry in the day, snack on some fruit instead of biscuits and cakes.

At mealtimes, cut back on the amount of carbo you eat, like rice. One good tip is to drink a full glass of water just before you start eating. This will fill your stomach a bit and you'll be less hungry and thus eat less.

i use to be fat myself and it's really hard getting skinny. My best idea is to take it slow and steady to get skinny. U could go for a long walk and that's good exercise or ride your bike. After u slim down a little bit, then u could start running and lose tons of weight like i did.

join a local gym and work for about an hour, then have a bottle of water. Healthy food as well, no junk food crap. And keep scales in your room, they'll keep you up to date.

myself i exercize daily and try to cut out as much junk and soda as possible. i lost a lot of weight and have been thin for awhile. i eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. do not skip meals. trust me as long as you elimate most junk and sugars and make sure you exercize you'll be fine

you are young and you can be beautiful if you want.

try to eat low fat stuf, a lot of fruits and especealy VEGETABLES. dring minimum 3-4 liters of water per day.
