Adobe photoshop is real easy to use, at least for resizing pictures.

You can resize using paint. Just open the picture click, image, then stretch/skew. It goes by percent. Just make sure you save it as another name other than the main file one.

i usually use gadwin systems printscreen software to resize my pics for myspace or whatever. I just go to the gadwin printscreen software website and download it and then i use the cursor and place it around my picture and then right click it or click whatever key that I placed in the settings to freeze it and it becomes smaller. Now if you want to make the pictures larger in size Im not sure....acdsee?

hmm you could try and right click, go to copy then go to paint brush, right click, and paste and then go to sketch skew..that would resize it ...:-/ hope that helped.
