Gotta keep an opened mind about this one ok. It is a prayer to, well, not the Jeudao-Christian god. It is a prayer to be answered by the cosmos. If you want to try it here it is, but it won’t work if you are skeptical.
This is to be done on a Sunday, Wednesday, or Friday of a new or full moon
You will need: Brown Sugar, 1 teaspoon of dirt, a brown candle, a small fire-resistant bowl, a needle or pin, 1 lemon
When it feels right- go to a quite area in your house, where you can set up and not be disturbed. Once you start, try not to get up for any reason, or you will break your concentration. Tell the Angles or spirits or gods, or whomever you fell comfortable with your purpose, and ask for their blessings to empower your objects in the name of Friendship.
Put the brown sugar and dirt in the bowl. Hold your hands over the bowl and say:
Element of Earth, I call your magic into my circle, and into this bowl. This sugar and dirt represent the fertile Earth, a place from which new friendships for me can grow.
Scratch your name, some hearts, and the words "new friendships" on the candle. Hold it tightly in your hands; close your eyes and say:
Element of Fire, work my will by my desire. Bring me new friends that will treat me well. Fiery bird, send out my word, bring back some honest, loving friends.
Place the candle upright in the bowl of brown sugar and dirt. Pack the brown sugar around the candle so it won’t fall. Hold the lemon in your hands and say:
Lemons, bring honest friends my way, protect my feelings every day.
Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice around the candle in an even a circle as you can. Light the candle; hold your hands over the bowl and say:
I search the Universe for friends strong and true to the very end. I look in field and fairy glen and where the dragons once have been. I search for truth ad honesty I look for love and loyalty I touch the pulse of energy I manifest a friend for me. As I will so mote it be! With harm to none. May this prayer not reverse, or place upon me any curse, and may all astrological correspondents be correct for this working. So mote it be!
Let the candle burn while you envision yourself surrounded by honest and loyal friends. When you feel done (take as much time as you need) open your eyes and blow out the candle. Thank the Angles or Spirits or God for helping you and release all the energies.
For the next seven days, relight the candle each night (it is better if you set up somewhere you can leave this) and repeat the prayer and visualization.
After a month, if you still have not gotten anywhere, you can repeat this again, but the most important thing is to get out there and try to meet new people. This isn't magic; it just increases your chances of finding friendship.
