I hate to use the word 'hate'. (Note the irony.) But that new Nelly Furtado song ("Promiscuous Boy" or whatever) really bothers me. She was so cool and deep, I thought, before this came out. But the word 'promiscuous' doesn't represent an idea that should be celebrated in any way. (And I'm a very liberal guy, believe it or not!)
I'd probably love the instrumental version, if there is one; I really enjoy the musical groove! It just seemed that she went from a blend of fun and depth, to a totally superficial idea that sounds like she's selling out to sell more records.
