try something holistic.... something that treats the cause of the pain, not the pain. Get rid of the cause and you will feel better. Try Xango juice, which as xanthones. they equalize your system. Chances are you have reproductive tissue where it should not be. Womb tissue in your uterus... This may help, and it is natural. The first one is a bunch of testimonials for others it has helped. The second is a site about how to order.

Welcome to the club...I know exactly what your going thru. Try Midol or Advil to relief the pain. As far as the bloating is concerned, try not to eat foods high in sodium when your about to get your period. Finally, FOOD, hate to love it, but just eat what you want, stop making yourself miserable. If you exercise and have a balance diet the entire month, one or two chocolate bars wont kill ya. I made myself miserable trying so hard to control those cravings; so i just gave up and ate what I wanted. No one is obese over a slipping one time a month. The more you worry about it, the more it will become a problem.

Don't take drugs (midol etc.) if you don't have to. Take "Evening Of Primrose Oil" on a daily basis. I take 3000 mg. daily. Up it 6000 mg. during. Hopefully the other ladies will read this and give it a try. It's amazing how great it works. You don't get any pain to begin with so you don't get cranky!

Midol is the best over the counter medication you can get for cramps. If you can't do that, try a warm pack and laying it across your lower abdomen. Becareful not to burn your self.

My ex-wife had severe PMS symptoms and she was given a prescription for some type of female hormones that she had to give herself rectally. And it worked! Sorry, I can't remember the name of the hormone liquid, but any doctor should know?

Try a heating pad or if you know when you're about to be "on", try working out the week before. Or, you can try midol, pamperin or get a prescription for naproxin...that **** is great!
