If I am angry, I very often hold it in. I very rarely let anything get to me though because I have almost died 3 times in my life time and I realize how short life really is.
As for love...it let it out!!!! I want everyone who I care about, know it. I may not be here tomorrow and I don't want anyone wondering how I felt about them!!!!

Depends on the circumstances and who you're with. Use discretion. Don't make things worse for yourself..like on the job. Will it make a difference? Venting should be with someone you trust and can help you through the situation. Blurting out ever thing you feel is not necessarily to your benefit in the long run. Learn to pick your moments and your words carefully. If it's a critical situation, give yourself time to think first before reacting. Simply relieving yourself on someone else is not necessarily communicating. Are you interested in results or just self gratification?

I always let everyone know exactly where they stand with me and I to this day do not regret having to stand up for my self. I heard a quote once that said standing up for your self is equally as important as letting people know what you won't stand for. I think that is right.
I don't have ulcers, stomach problems, headaches or any physical problems.
I had a friend once tell me that she wished she could speak her mind and that she thought it was great as she felt the world would be a better place if people used a little tact and said what is on their minds.
My mother, God rest her soul, never spoke up for anything that she believed in and she died with ulcers and always had stomach problems. My father, God rest his soul, never took anything from anyone and spoke what he thought but in a way that if he told you off, you never knew it until he was gone and you stood there shaking your head and trying to figure out how he just did that. He always made a big hit and people remembered him with admiration. I strive to be like my father, just sometimes I sure could use the tact and my mothers softer voice.....I'll master it someday I'm sure.

I let my feelings out.If you hold something in,then it will bother you until you let it out which causes stress on the body and can lead to severe health issues such as high blood pressure or can even cause a heart attack.Let those feelings out,It solves your problems quicker, you live a healthier life, and who knows, you might be suprised by the outcome of letting them out.

I don't have feelings, personally, but then I'm male. As far as anyone else is concerned anyway. The only ones who might ever hear of an emotional status from me are (in order of increasing likelihood): my Best Friend [yes, capitalized], my Really Close Friend, my sister, my brother, and my wall.

If I am just a little upset, I try to express my feelings. But, if I am really angry, I do my best NOT to express it. When I am that angry, I will say anything as long as I hurt the other person. Since I don't like hurting people, I fight like crazy to keep it inside.
