Nope, there is no such website and there is no such software available.

Internet is a really vast place. You can meet millions of people in one day. Or meet the same person million times in a day.

You can meet million different people or meet the same person in million different ways.

On the Internet - Anyone can be anything... so there is no way to track a person down.
