Cab veteran is right. The ring around the collar was the most obnoxious ad I have ever experienced in my 60 years on this planet. It was very effective at getting my attention. I swore I would never use the product in my lifetime. I believe the product was called Whisk.

Probably the mountain dew commercial where the guy is falling down the side of the mountain or a hill or something trying to save the mountain dew...nobody is that damn thristy!

Set it and forget it !!!!! but that's an infomercial, so i would say that commerical for the one of those diet pills, i don't remember which one, but its all crazy, like everyone is on speed, it really annoys the crap out of me. Oh and also the Nextel commercial where the guy is all crammed up ontop of his filing cabinet, that freaks me out.
