gotta git yer self a snake and stick it down the toilet drain..are ya missin yer cat or a small puppy might have flushedem down the crapper

First try a plunger. Get it in there good and tight and try and create suction. If that doesn't work get a small snake(a long steel coil that twists as it goes down the toilet). Keep pushing it in as you turn it. If that doesn't work, turn the water supply line behind the toilet off and remove the 4 bolts holding the toilet to the floor, lift the toilet up ausing a rocking motion and set it aside. You will see a large pipe. If this is full of water put the snake or a larger snake down the pipe. This could go as far as 300 feet before you can clear the clog. If this dosen't work call a service plumber. And if it does work remember you must replace the wax ring gasket when reinstalling the toilet. good luck

using a snake on a toilet is difficult at best, if the plunger don't work then take up the toilet and check the toilet from the bottom for foreign objects. At last resort before the the professional try the snake
