what i mean is, some do extra martial relationship and they will tie it the fact their is not attractive anymore or no more feeling for wives. my partner says i must be attractive for him to love me and have sex with me any time i want it , so do go about this to protect my marriage.

How long you had ben married is the crux of the situation.
However, man wants his wife to be his better half in all his likes and dislikes. So you try to maintain you as his better half. That's all. How it can be achieved is up to you only, because it is between you and your hubby. Situation has to be delicately dealt without any determental effect to your marriage.
