Is it hard for you to get all of the nutrition requirements whilst you are pregnant? I try to fulfill the requirements, but it's really hard. What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack yesterday? Do you think you fulfilled the requirements?

Breakfast was toast and vegemite juice and coffee
Morning tea Carrot cheese apple and my multivitamins
Lunch Beef curry with rice
Afternoon tea Mini muffin with fruit
Tea Home made meat patties vegetables and cheese
late snack Yoghurt and ricebubbles(Bizzare craving i know)
i take an omega 3 suppliment as well to help reduce asthma and eczema in my new born baby

I know i need more vegies in my diet

for breakfast i had french toast then for lunch i had a cheese and onion sandwich a packet of crisps and slices of watermelon for dinner i had chicken tikka massala rice and nan bread and more slices of watermelon for snacks i has 2 packets of crisp bar of chocolate i think thats it lol i think i eat not bad for being pregnant some times i have bad days and eat alot of junk and other days were il eet quite healthy

nope i ate chexmix for breakfast, but it was like at 12:00 then i atesome pretzles at 2:00 an then i ate kfc at 8:30, i know that i dont eat very healthy an that why i take my vitamins!

hell no i didn't lol, we have practiucally nothing in the fridge and cupboards to eat, its 15 past 4pm and i've eated 2 kiwi fruits a sandwhich a chocolate bar and some nuggets lol thats real healthy for a prengnacy diet hey!!

i eat what i crave...i eat pickles and bbq sauce on bread for breakfast.....bbq chips and a sandwhich...for a snack yesterday i had brownies w/bbq sauce...and for dinner i had pepperoni pizza..cheesy bread...and bbq sauce...i know i didnt fufill my requirements...but i take my viatmins so it'll be ok..thats what my doctor said...and to make sure i eat what i crave because when you crave things normally it means that food has what your body needs...and i guess i need something that in bbq sauce lol

LOOK do the best you can and don't 4 get to take your prenatal vitamins.
