Well...to answer your first question...from my personal experience yes. As to your second question--try a fertility doctor first, but if you really want spells try finding a Romany choovihni (gypsy wisewoman) or hereditary witch to help you. While I do believe the internet is a great place for finding things and can even have accurate things like spells and charms, without trying to sound conceited your best bet for having something like a spell work is to find someone whose been brought up learning how to do them and what to expect.
I believe that magic will work for anyone, but someone with lifelong training is going to have a better results then someone who finds a spell out of a book online with no experience.

Don't use magic to help you conceive a baby. That is going against God's will. Rather be patient. Go to a doc and get tested to see why you cant have a baby. There could be a problem with you or your partner and then decide what to do from there. Don't use magic though, miracles do happen!

Go n seek Dumbledore's help in Hogwarts. How to get there?! well take the Hogwarts Express at the platform 9 n 3/4 in London.
Don't make the mistake of looking for Lord Voldemort, he'll only use the curse 'Avada Kedavra' n that'l be the end of ur life!

Yes, magic spells worked for me. I set Rick a love spell and he paid attention to me but it only worked for 2 weeks then it wore off and I never put any more spells on him.
