If it is for once, avoid the sex for atleast 15-30 days. The quality of semen interms of sperms can be increased in healthy individuals easily. More the frequency of ejaculation the sperm count decreases. Our body has rate limited capacity to produce the sperms. So just accumulate. Even after this if you are looking then the following could help. 1. As other answers indicated dont idulge in to bad habits. 2. Do PRANAYAM - A kind of yoga for atleast 30 minutes per day and normal excercise or yoga 3. Take highly protienacious nutrition 4. Go for herbal preparations which improves the vigour and vitality like Ashwagandh etc.
