I am a 13yr old girl and I do have gasoline in my blood. And there r no possibilities available here in Lucknow.

i dont know much about bike racing, im assuming you mean cycles and not that bmx stuff. but check out a local track and see if you can find something like a kids club or junior racing club, they sometimes pair you up with an older driver(rider in your case) and you have races. Thing is, bikes and cars are a lot to maintian. hope you can do it, we need more girls out on the tracks!
