I'm a working mother. I spend 10 hours at office, 2 hours on the road, and barely 2 hours for my husband and to my son. I wake up early at around 4am. arrive at home at 7pm exhausted. Every week day of my life for 3 years and I think I'm sick and tired of doing the same routine. My husband also is working but hes salary is not enough to support the family.

Just start looking for a new job. It sounds like you're quite capable of finding a similar profession in a closer locality with maybe not so long of hours. It's not good to be away from your family that much. It makes them detach from you. Especially if your kids are young. But don't just up and quit that would probably be worse than sticking with the job.

It sounds like it would be worth trying to make a change. Either something closer to home or not as many hours. All of the money in the world doesn't help get your kid's childhood back... don't miss it and wish later you could have been there.

Oh dear.. What a difficult situation you have! I know that you must be very exhausted. If you have children, get the eldest child to work also.

Keep your job for now, but start looking for another job. Once you find your new job then quit the old one. This way you will continue to have your second income.
