If you don't mind doing it, facing them afterwards should not be a big issue.
Considering that they are close friends and that they were comfortable making the proposal, they are probably up to make it an enjoyable experience and not let you be awkward about it afterwards.
Anyway, be aware that if it happens, it won't be only once, most likely and that the three of you will have to be smart enough not to screw up your friendship upon a short sexual gratification.
But personally I'd suggest you to go for it. We live only once.

Seriously, I don't know what's wrong with the world nowaday. I mean, seriously . . you wouldn't mind doing it? Come on now, First of all, you're married (i hope you doesn't have any kids yet) and second of all, he is your best friend's hushand. I don't think you can face them after you doing it. Perhap i am wrong, because i am not an American. (i have nothing against them and i am not racist) I think american is too open minded. Say NO for your own sake and for their sakes. . . if not, i believe you're walking toward a divorce road.

You shouldn't even think about doing anything sexual with your best friend and/or her husband. Not only will you be breaking your marriage vows but you will be helping them break theirs.
You also need to think about how this will affect your friendship - it has the potential to ruin it and cause tons of drama in your marriage and your friend's marriage. Don't jeopardize your friendship and marriages just for some quick fun.

You have to be true to your own marriage first! If your husband doesn't approve of it don't do it, it may destroy your marriage!! I think the same way your husband does in this situation, I don't want No other person sexing my wife!!!

I remember once i was staying at a friends house. And i was completely drunk. Her and her boyfriend tried to have a 3some with me.. They tried to take advantage of me!
