My daughters life partner works with me,at first it was good,since she had no idea about how to wait on tables,now she is filling my daughters head with bull,and because she thinks she is so much better at this than I am,(she tells my customers who know me this),she wants me gone!I won't quit,but how to deal with a 20 year old no-it-all?

I'd personally smack her in the mouth it would make you feel alot better or talk to your boss that hired her and see about getting her fired after all you got her the job and have been there longer... but slapping her will sure make you feel better

You got her fired??? Get her fired! Your older, smarter, and have life experience,,,,,it really shouldn't be too hard for you to figure something out!
