First ya' need to ditch the idea it is Dom and use Domme.

If its really your thing, you will find a community truly accepting.

Well, it's not a good idea to just start out as a dominatrix..You must first be a submissive..Only the best submissives make the greatest dominiatrix. You must first learn the basics and your own temperament..Also figure out what you want..Are you into just bondage or do you like the pain part..It's not a light subject..

uhm...location is important. but where ever you are there will be DS scenes there. honestly just go to fetish shows, maybe get a patriarch or matriarch dom to take you under his/her wing to learn what to do.
when i first met my dom i didn't know anything. he went over everything with me, including what a bad dom will do.
just remember honey, as a dom you can give a sub the happiest time of her life or you can break her spirit forever. domination is a huge responsibility.

Never actually met a dominatrix before, I would assume that its something that you just do. Find other people interested in it and just begin. Kind of how I like to cook so I find people who like to eat.
