it depends on how you define WMD, really it does, by one definition lots of other countries have used them, by other definitions they haven't...based on US definitions it really seems to depend on how the US feels about that country at the time.

Ohh Iraq, Iran, Germany, probably most nations in WWI, And the U.S. never used Chemical weapons in Vietnam. Napalm is not considered a Chemical weapon only gases are.
Here we go again there are four types of WMDs
Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, and radiological.
Contries confirmed to have WMDs or formerly had in Iraq's case:
Algeria, Argentina
Brazil, Australia
Canada, P.R. China
France, Germany
India, Iran
Iraq, Israel
Italy, Japan
Netherlands, North Korea
Pakistan, Poland
Russia, South Africa
ROC (Taiwan), United Kingdom

Chemical Weapons are not WMD's. Gases disipate too quickly to be used as WMD's. They are typically used to force an enemy to retreat. They have been used since the first world war.
The only large scale use of nuclear weapons was in Japan at the end of WWII.
Biological weapons have never been used on a large scale.

Probably Iran!! And I know a lot of gas was used in the World Wars by both sides!
Ain't that a pretty picture. Reagan was giving Saran to Iraq to use on Iran because of the hostages, and he was selling weapons to Iran to use the money to give to the Contras.
What a screwed up country we are!!

How ought to assisting a wide-spread assassin ever be "moral" (except, of direction, contained in the eyes of politicians who stood to line their wallet properly from such institutions)? I heard there turned right into a image circulating on youtube a number of years in the past that confirmed a image from 1991 of Osama bin laden sitting at a picnic table at Bush's Crawford Ranch in Texas. Ten years later, he's international Enemy #a million. If that image became actual (i ought to in no way locate it), what the hell truly is going on?

You could include Europe for gassing Jews. There are plenty of attrocities if you look for them. I know Rummy is a little old but I'm certain he had nothing to do with the first 2 items on your list. Are you in the hate Rummy crowd?
