I just started out on the internet recently and I was wondering how to send things world wide. Other than e-mail and instant messages. If some one could help me out with this I would appreciate it very much!!. We were having problems with my sisters baby and there are A LOT of people that our family would like to thatnk for their prayers and thoughts. I was just wondering how to post a "Thank You" all over the world to those people

Make a web site. If it was that easy to communicate with the world via a simple button, the internet wouldn't exist due to the exponentially increasing level of spam by the second.

Either make a personal website to post it onto. Or look for a forum which doesn't mind stuff like you are trying to do. Many forums are designed for people to say whatever they want on.
