I say Basic Instinct. Although Sharon Stone is not as pretty now and blew it with her sequel 14 years later she definitely had it going on during her younger years in the first film. Stone's performance made the movie playing a very sensual and attractive author who didn't just turn Michael Douglas on but everyone who saw this movie. That is why this is by far the sexiest movie I have ever seen!

Well the 'sexiest' movies for me that weren't porn had porn-like scenes in them....Angel Heart, Birth and Dead Calm with Nicole Kidman... but if you want to go with atmosphere rather than actual sex scenes than Dangerous Liaisons was fabulously sexy in its own way...

The movie centers on Diane Lane and Richard Gere as a couple living in the New York city suburbs whose marriage goes dangerously awry when the wife (Lane) indulges in an adulterous fling.
The guy she is banging in the film is drop dead gorgeous. If I were married I would cheat on my husband with him.

I would have to say " 9 Weeks" ( Kim Bassinger and Mickey O'Rourk) or "The Postman Always Rings Twice" ( Jack Nicolson and Jessica Lange) Old but Hot !!!

Well, my personal favourite is 'Showgirls'
Probably more sleazy than sexy, but I like it! lol
Other than that, the best truly sexy and erotic movie I've seen is "Original Sin" with Angelina Jolie and Antonio Banderas. They're not usually my favourite actors, but in this movie, I don't think anyone else could've done it better.

Cruel Intentions. The movie really sucks but there is so much chemistry between Reese and Ryan and that movie always leaves me "in the mood."

GHOST, with Demi Moore, and Patrick Swayze doing the whole middle of the night waking up thing, and the wet clay moving in their fingers, the way he grabbed her rear end and pulled her around his waist. Then "Un-Chained Melody" playing....
Oh my God!!!!!!!! Very sexual, very natural erotic scene.
Porn is for impersonal people without emotion! Real SEX is at it's very best when intimacy is the reason for the arousal.
