At this site you can actually put all the info in it to print out for your property. It is pretty cool. You can put all the tenants info in and the adress and rent amount and so much more. Check it out. And if you dont want to fill all that in you can pick theirs and print it out.
ok just figured out you have to purchase these but look and see if it is worth the money because it is pretty legally clad with little or no wiggle room.

You can get a generic but legal and binding rental contract from any Office max, or Office Depot or the equivalent.
