If it is flexible, then wear a bright color under it then stretch the balck t-shirt and make a knot so it goes high over the navel. Where this with jeans and some cool light slippers, you can even where this to dance.
You should have a nice color under, jeans, slippers, and the balck mini-t-shirt knotted over it. You get it. Hope you like it.

Uh... have you tried like, wearing it, maybe?!
But if your question is to ask my opinion on WHAT to pair your Black top with... you have a variety of options as Black is the most versatile color of all else & goes with anything.
If you find your Black top is too boring, spice it up with accessories like a long dangling necklace, brooches, pins, try on a funky belt.

First, put both arms in the smaller holes. But MAKE SURE that the tag is in the back, this is very important. THEN put your head through the larger, middle hole, and pull it down, over your body. THEN, next time, make sure to have more details so we know what your talking about.

Well, you could place it over a lampshade for those times when you don't want a lot of lighting. You could wrap a newborn puppy whose mama has died during birth in it. You could use it to sop up the vomit that was caused by your question...
