Sounds like a fuel problem.
Check your injectors, air filter, you may not be getting the right fuel to air ratio.

following up on the last guy... the legend has had a problem with an akward tank design resulting in the fuel pump not being able to suck out the gas. this is on a select few during production.
problems with the fuel pump and the fuel filters may also affect uphill perormance on any vehicle. from a NADC grad.

does it seem to have a misfire? could be tune up issues such as spark plugs/wires, air filter, fuel filter. if its a high milage car, could be anything. best bet is to have it properly diagnosed by a pro, after you are sure the tune parts are in good cond. fuel delivery problems are rare on honda/acura products, so probably look at the ignition system, and make sure there is no exhaust restriction.

Check the spark plugs, also the fuel lines or could just be the engine.
