Wow, that's a tough question. My all-time favorite episode is the one where Ross and Rachel do their laundry together, but my favorite scene is where Phoebe sees Monica and Chandler kissing through Ross's apartment window, and she and Rachel try everything to keep Ross from seeing it. They start jumping up and down, and then Ross does this really weird and funny jumpy twist kick thing with his legs. It is hilarious!
Edit: I forgot to mention the one where Chandler and Monica first sleep together in London. Classic!
