If you reduce how much you eat at a sitting will allow you to lose weight but then you will also feel like eating more. So allow for snacks but get healthy snacks like apples bananas oranges pretzels and popcorn (unbuttered). Some nutritionist say that you should eat breakfast lunch dinner and 3 snacks in a day. Its all about portion control. Research this first tomake sure I am remembering it right I do not want to give you info that is flawed. also excercise is key as another poster stated. You need to up your metabolism and the best way is excercise.

As long as you're not eating fried foods and fatty foods. It's good for you to eat a balanced diet, and get the recommended amount of servings of each food group a day. They have actually changed the food pyramid to go with each person weight, age, etc.

As long as it is healthy food. In other words, if you eat 2 donuts tomorrow instead of three, you won't necessarily lose weight. Some people"graze" thru out the day and they say it works. They eat samll amounts of healthy food.

yes it does but you don't want to cut your serving so that you starve your body. because if u do that your body will use the fat as energy and wont burn it..cut the servings in your diet and exercises 30 mins a day 6 days/week

Lowering your caloric intake will help you lose weight. But also remember that you need to exercise to get your metabolism going.
