GREAT question. Im guessing that the answer is the same reason why all natural born ''red heads'' have freckles, why alot of blondes are dumb, why biracial women are always so beautiful (even the fat ones), and why black men are so good at sports!

Because Italians are the only ones with faces beautiful and strong enough to carry off a profound nose.

I believe at one time the Moors (who were black), conquered Italy and there were many Italian-Moor offspring.

It's because people from countries in warmer climates, needed bigger noses to survive, whereas people from colder climates needed smaller noses.

yes predominanly they do but lucky for me my mum married a pom so i have italian traits but no big nose...

i am 100% italian....NO BIG NOSE HERE. i also do not have a mustache or big boobs either.
