The people who obey him like little puppies! If you took them out of the equation, Bush would just be demanding things. Nobody would be there to make them happen. If you took BUSH out of the equation, you still have the lost puppies who will soon be led by some other douchebag!!! :) -a-

Bush is only dangerous (and powerful) because Congress obeys him, and the people elect him. Congress is dangerous and people who vote for people like him are dangerous.

I don't understand why you would consider President Bush or the Republican congress dangerous. Where have you been the past five years? Do you not remember 9/11/2001 and how 3,000 people were killed after we were attacked on our own territory? His leadership has helped us to avoid any further attacks on our country.

Al queda is the most dangerous entity in the world right now, nxt would be all the countries that attack israel, then third world poewers aquiring nuclear weapons, I.E. N. Korea, Iran, then G. Bush and the republican congress, so we are down on the list.

Although Bush is the single person with the most power in the country, the congress has more "control" on how our country is run.

If your suppositions are untrue, your question becomes meaningless.
If you were to keep up on current events, you would find that the congress (esp. the republican part) isn't exactly obeying the president. Cases in point: the sale of a major port to a middle eastern firm and immigration policy.

The congress is more dangerous, they have more power if they choose to use it, right now they are content being Bush's lap dog.
