Do you mean you are in your 3rd form? because that is ok, but if the others are in their 3rd form and you are beyond the 3rd form then you should not have sex. You can rub their 5th foot as long as no one is still in their first form.
If you are in 3rd form, and the others are beyond, then they may have sex, but you must drink from the life giver first.

Well...Its okay if you want to, I think sex in the 5th form is best...but its hard to find the fourth dimension, which is clearly required for all the obvious reasons.
Seriously though, let me smack my head back into pre-teen mode. I assume you are talking about either oral or anal...being that besides vaginal those are the only two ways to have sex without something weird or extra. The answer would be, its okay if your okay with it.
I am so glad I am done with my teen years.
