My friend and I had a "code word" we would say for example...
Shelia you have a "visitor" to your left etc...
I would definitly want my friend to tell me... be a good friend and tell them!

This is just me: I would get a tissue and grab her by the hand, ...walk away from the crowd with her and remove it myself with it....then I would say, "That's better."...I'd give her a smile and reassure her that it wasn't so bad, but that I would have wanted her to do the same for me.
