We do know that one represents white and the other represents black. Now a long time ago there was a law suit and so the maid bonnet had to come off the Aunt Jemima because it was considered racist, but Mrs Buttersworth had no changes why is there two different bottles and batters?

You know who else had no changes? The Quaker Oats guy. Nobody took his dang hat off, and believe me, it looks a lot more strange than Aunt Jemima's do-rag.

"Aunt Jemima's pancakes without the syrup, is like the spring without the fall. There's only one thing worse, in this universe, and that's no Aunt Jemima's at all." Credit for this jingle goes to the ad-man who created a TV commercial for this pancake syrup.
