I ALWAYS follow my head rather than my heart. There is a compassion within logic that shines with fairness.
I can never be sure, when following my heart, whether I'm on a good path or whether I'm just wallowing in my own favoritism and trippiness.
I "feed" my heart a large daily dose of excellent instrumental music through Sony headphones to keep it robust, of course. I don't want it to shrivel.

Definitely head.......all the way. Leading with the heart is much too painful. There's no reason why one cant love and retain common sense as well. It's those who throw caution to the wind who wind up with unresolveable problems and strong regret.

I initially listen to my heart. Then my head steps in and says, "Hey! Let's figure this out logically." But in the end, my heart usually wins!

I think head/heart should always be used equally together at the same time.

I follow my heart more often than I follow my head... If I would've done it other way around, I don't think I'll get much further.

I would like to think that I have a good balance with both my heart and mind. I won't have it any other way.
