Call a friend or relative that lives nearby. You can probably borrow their shower for a bit. Or, if it comes down to it, go buy some water bottles (the gallons) and give yourself a sponge bath.

Go to your water heater with two gallon jugs. There is a spigot at the bottom of the water heater. It is the warmed water that the heater normally keeps in reserve. Fill the jugs and take them into the shower with you. Use the gallon jugs to improvise your shower.
Of course if you set your water heater to the temperature of lava, then you will have to use some insulated containers...BUT the water has probably been off for a while and therefore the water heater is not cycling. As a result the water has cooled a bit and should be okay. If it is too hot then put some ice cubes in the jug first and let it sit until it is cool enough to use.
Now I see why they put warnings on McDonalds coffee cups.

Geez, whatever you do, don't do the "go to the water heater" thing that someone suggested!! You can't just take plastic jugs and fill them up from a water heater...the water would be very very hot, quite possibly hot enough to scald you depending on what you have it set on. In order to drain water out of a water heater, one needs to use a special hose meant just for high temps, they are usually red, and put the water into a thick plastic or metal bucket.

well idk where you live. so idk how accesible this would be or if you already have this in your house.. but bottled water.. just heat it up a little so it is not cold/room temp.. that should help for now.. or go to a friends house that lives close by.. or a neighbor your close to.
