If you like to role play and enjoy online community, I would suggest Everquest 2. If you like to do player versus player and want a game that has ease of use, I would go with World of Warcraft. Both of these online RPGs are good games, but it depends on what kind of player you are. For stand alone RPGs, I would go with Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

If your looking for a good rpg for online then I would suggest runescape.com. If your looking for rpgs for stations, then I would suggest the final fantasy series for ps, and ps2, or the star ocean series for ps and ps2.
