try www.loginrecovery.com/index.html
I had to use it when my dad bought a computer from a garage sale and the guy never told him the pword. Now, if you want to get it right away, it costs a little les sthan $20, but if you want to wait up to 48 hours, it is free. I opted for free, and got all the passwords, and got my dad's computer up and running. Good Luck!
