Acne is caused by bacteria that gets caught under your skin when a pore is clogged by dirt, dead skin cells, or sweat and dust. As the bacteria infects the pore, it creates a little pustule, that pustule is a zit. Acne can be treated by chemicals that clear away dead skin cells (salicylic acid) or that kill the bacteria (oral antibiotics or benzoil peroxide).
What does all this have to to do with masturbation, you ask? Nothing. Acne has nothing to do with masturbation.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I see no obvious correlation, so I'd say no, but they may come out with a study five years from now that says it does increase acne in guys. You never know.
Generally acne is caused by clogged pores becoming infected with bacteria. Use a cleanser with salicic acid or benzoyl peroxide (if your skin can stand it) to help prevent acne. Clearasil and Oxy work well. Try that to see if the acne problem gets better.

masterbation and acne have nothing to do with each other, poor nutrition and not washing your face/body creates acne, not masterbation.

well, sex helps to get rid of acne by causing you to sweat, heat up, relieves stress and get rid of toxins. masturbation may help with the stress part, but not too sure about the rest. find a partner !

That's just a pubirty myth that started as a joke. (Just like telling someone that jerking off causes hairy palms....when he looks at his hands, everyone laughs) If you want a no b.s. answer from someone that knows for sure, just ask your docter next time you visit him.
