No way. The French call this frotage (spelling?) and it could get you arrested. It's a fine line, of course. Some girls may want to rub bodies, others may want to slap you if you try. If you try to turn it into a "right" you are making a ground level excuse to exploit women for your own sexual gratification. Don't go there. If it happens because a girl consents via her actions, enjoy. But do not think you have the right to do this- you don't.
BTW Girth- first answer - your "logic" is called blaming the victim. The Taliban put your idea to maximum effect with the Burka.

Only if the girls act like they want it. If a girl is dancing all over a guy, yeah, I think the guy has the right to touch her. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "rub" . . .

guys have the right to grind because dancing is boring for guys. that is the only motivation for a straight man in a club to dance. grinding a chick while dancing will tell you much about the girl, like whether or not to bring her to the after party.

Even looking can cause problems! Imagine getting the Nth look, it would be tiresome already.
Next time, just smile. If appropriate, approach and introduce yourself. Cut down on all that mumbo jumbo crazy stupid stuff.
Can't the guys just get along and spend the energy on presenting yourself nicely than wasting energy thinking about the whacked out sh*t.

Yes, b/c girls have the right to dress like whores and make guys want to do that. Girls complain about being sex objects etc, but then they go out and barely wear anything. It's their own fault.

No! do it in a proper way if the guy wanna pass advances.....ask politely perhaps the girls with give you a polite smile........rubbing at times if you are unlucky will ended with a tight slap on the face.....SEE RED!

no they do not have the right. girls may dress skimpily and all, but thats not an invitation to come start touching them. good rule is, look but dont touch. and please, dont use the words "rub" and "disco". "rub" sounds gross and "disco" is just passe.
