I dont know what to get!!!!!?

I want a tattoo, But what should I get? My fiance does tattoos and he say's whenever im ready to let him know. I already have 5 tattoos of names of my children. Im thinking maybe a tribal butterfly

I would get a tattoo of something that means something to me.
