currently i would go green day. american idiot is an amazing album and their concert for it was awesome, and i dont think anyone has stepped up to replace that.

F.O.B. and Panic! Aren't really the best or should be in that catagory as they are just plain annoying.

I prefer Good Charlotte, My Chemical Romance, or Simple Plan. Although all three of the bands you mentioned are really great too.
