for me its foreplay... ive been married five years and sometimes were to tired to put effort into good sex, but foreplay is more fun plus it gets you in the mood to have great sex

foreplay, if it is done well can be better than sex because of the anticipation,
although with out knowing the sex is going to be great, I am not sure the great foreplay alone would not grow to be frustrating...

Eh, I'm single, have an off/on casual lady friend.
The sex itself is better of course, but the foreplay ramps both up. Working up the "heat" with foreplay makes the sex WAY more exciting. For women, it's often required for orgasm. ;-D Guys are ready at the drop of a hat. Women, usually need more finesse. Even when both get "there" without foreplay, it's gonna be a comparative lady-finger firecracker.
WITH foreplay, ya get something closer to N.Y.'s 4th of july finale level of climax. lol :-D Both are fun, but we all know which is better.

I am married, and I definately like foreplay better. But I cant get my wife to engage in foreplay, she prefers straight to sex and it feel too quick that way. The same thing gets boring after awhile

Here's an interesting response for you. I'm a virgin, so I don't really know, but here are my thoughts. I would imagine that the two things are equally good. In any kind of climactic event, the climax in itself isn't the big deal, but what leads up to it. That inludes foreplay and most of the sex. All in all, it's just great. Or so I imagine...

I think Foreplay is more fun. It helps to create a good anticipation and to prepare to enjoy good sex... Of course from time to time a "quickie" It's just as fun.....
But, I think both depends on each other, good foreplay without culmination could be very frustrating, and sex with out proper foreplay could be not as good as it probably could be.

To me, it's foreplay. The anticipation of how good it's going to feel when you have your orgasm. All the kissing, and rubbing that goes on, especially if she gets close before you actually enter her and is super wet. The oral, and tasting each other, then the sex is just icing on the cake. Divorced

Married: The sex would be best. You need to try new things. I was getting bored with the whole sex thing then we tried th anal thing. It worked out great. You should try it.
