All of the countries touched by the Roman Empire, The Russian/Slavic/Scandinavian Influenced, African based, Even China, Japan, Vietnam, Laos, Phillipeans, Malaysian cultures all have some sort of vampiric/demonic/oddghostly legend or belief.

Even Aboriginal cultures and Aztec Empire have a relative view on a vamiric-esque god or antigod or hero. The only culture I am having a real hard time coming up with an example of is the Native American cultures of US and Canada. I am sure there is something there I am just not familiar with.

Blood and breath are common denominators for supernatural theft relating to almost all of these old folklore pieces. They both hold powerful insight on the workings of those affore mentioned societies and how they believed life worked.

Yes, even china does. But did you know that orginially vampyres were not the thristy blood suckers of today? They started out as half decayed walking corpses, on the prowl to kill and devour young children. Overtime, the Dracula legend was created and its been blood sucking from then on. Just a bit of V trivia for you.

Everyone has health care in the US. Really. Give me the name of anyone in the US that is not covered medically and: If it is a child, I'll call Child Protective and have the child taken from it's parents due to abuse. They denied the child care and are Felons. If it is an Adult, they must tell where they sought medical care and were denied, we'll sue the facility. You can't deny medical care based on ability to pay. If neither is true, then the question is a lie because it suggests that people intelligent enough to understand the system (conservatives) are responsible for abusive parents and ignorant adults.

Yep. You'd have to think there's some truth to it if every civilization has stories about it, cos i greatly doubt it's just a big conspiracy. Some civilizations had no contact with others when their stories began.
