Oh my god! How cool would that be to have Dracula bite Satan and have Satan become a vampire. That'd be awesome.

Well, as I heard it ...
Satan was this ANGEL named Lucifer (the Light One). He was not a human, ever. He engineered this almost-successful war in heaven and was exiled with his army.
Now Dracula is the undead remains of a man cursed by God for blasphemy and living by the blood of others,
Satan has no blood - he is pure spirit (remember the old question, "How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?"?) - so Dracula would go hungry. Poor Fang.
Illyana above (real cool response, Ill) noted that one becomes vampire by drinking the vampire's blood in some versions of the tale. In others, the vampire's bite is sufficient. In others, the creation of a new vampire is rather elaborate and takes time and effort (three bites on three nights, or something like that).
However, EVEN IF the Evil One were to be infected by Dracula (however that would happen), there would be no effect. Satan is already "undead" being "unalive", he is immortal, and the quintessence of evil already. Next to Satan, Dracula is an overdressed headwaiter.
As the old commercial lady used to ask "So where's the beef?"

Dracula was made a vampire by the first vampire in existence, Caine. If Dracula makes Satan a vampire... I don't thin Dracula will have that 'honour' to bite Satan's neck... Satan is Satan, Dracula is Dracula... I mean Vlad Tepes ( the one who is related to Dracula ) was just a ruler. The lunatic irish writer, Bram Stoker made him well-known by relating to his identity an old Hungarian legend. So Dracula is only literature.

no Satan has to drink the blood of dracula for satan to become a vampire from popular belief.....otherwise if Dracula just drank satan's blood alone, he would be at satan's mercy and powerful demonic control. :P

Carlisle was bitten by a random vampire in the mid 1600s, Rosalie found Emmet being malled by a bear and took him to Carlisle who changed him, Alice was tracked by James the one who tried to kill Bella and to protect her an old vampire that was fond of Alice stole her from the insane asylum which he worked at and changed her to make her safe from James which James killed him for, and you'll find Bella becomes a vampire and a Cullen in Breaking Dawn but I won't tell how.

I believe that vampires are supposed to have to answer to Satan and do his bidding, so I don't think the idea of Satan being bitten is likely. Not to mention, he is/was an angel. I don't know that it works on angels.

You have many questions my hobbit friend. I don't think the Devil would allow a vampire to take a bite out of him... the Devil is a very powerful creature & likely the Vampire would be considered subserviant to the Devil. Consider the Devil/Vampire relationship to be that of an independent contractor, one you can't rely upon! Besides, I hardly think the Vampire is working for God, right?
