Why are there so many angry white people out there. Give blacks a chance. We are good people too.?

unfortunately i think this is a problem between all races/colors/religious groups/political groups/ethnic groups etc. i was once called a "racist white b***h" because i walked up to a guy and said "i had your paycheck ready but i screwed it up and shorted you so give me five minutes to fix it and i'll bring you your new check". he said i shorted him on purpose because i was a racist. there are angry jerks in every group.

A lot of blacks have succeeed in a white dominant society. They do it by being better. I think the focus of race discrimination has forced the issue off of the pressing one that is helping people who are economically disadvantaged (regardless of race) to get a leg up and compete for the resources that will improve their lives. By focusing on race as a matter to bring equality - there is automatically a subset of another race that is poor and left out of the formula for assistance. Such race based incentives, I think have irritated an underclass of whites that resent the black race. It cylces back when THEY react by mistreating blacks who then build resistance to whites. The model for helping should be based on economic inenctives for economically disadvantaged people regardless of race. But also there has developed a victim economy that fragments the the races to exploit victimhood. This happens in the white community and the black and hispanic and other communities. The leaders of these "blame the other guys" organizaitons have a lot at stake in regards to financial and political power. We all need to be more carefull about looking into our own souls and our own communities to see where we can become better people and address our own shortcomings. We need less victimhood and more shouldering of blame for things that don't go right and moving forward with positive solutions. Whites blaming blacks and blacks blaming whites (and you fill in the race)... will not get anybody anywhere.

There are a lot of angry whites but i've met just as many angry blacks who are convinced everyone is out to get them. It seems like the "discrimination" card is played too often and too conveniently a lot of times too. Every time someone is arrested or gets a bad grade or kicked off a reality show, it's never their fault - it's because people are "racist", and I think people get tired of hearing that as a reason. Everyone just needs to chill out and if they have a problem with someone, talk to them, don't just sit there and assume.

Ignorance.

Ignorance is caused by fear of the unknown, and they just don't want to take the time to know....it seems more "convenient" just to hate....what they don't know is the differential between the blackest black and the whitest white is only a fraction of a decimal...I can't remember the exact but it's somewhere around .0125 or something close to that....

Some of the best people I know have black skin color and some of the handsomest men I've seen are black! Go Denzel! :)

The reason for so many angry people (all colors) is because we live in a fallen world. Sin came into the world when Adam & Eve sinned. Death, Diesease, Violence, Hatred, etc., entered the world. A once perfect creation, corrupted by sin, to be restored by Jesus Christ. .

2 Timothy 3:1-5
"But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good., treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God -- having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them."

When you turn your back on God, you have chaos as we see today.

I'm not angry. I don't care what color your skin is. People are people. I adopted 9 Hispanic kids, but I am whiter than white. I don't think about their race. They are just beautiful kids to me. I know some people are really ignorant, rude, and just plain stupid. Sorry you have to deal with that. I've had some rude comments made to me about my kids also. I just feel sorry for the person because they are so stupid. It must be hard to go through life being so hateful. Bless ya.

I disagree with you, I believe that black people are angrier than white people. And by the way I am Hispanic so I'm just looking at everything from the outside and not taking sides.

Racism is something that humans have by nature. It happened to the Germans towards the Jews, with the Jews towards the Samaritans, etc. When one nation is powerful, its majority rejects everyone that's not like them. If Mexico was the world's power they would probably look down on whites.
