It depends. Fast can be most exciting when you're doing it in public somewhere and are in danger of being seen. Safely at home, slow is much better.

It depends on what your doing. If I am at work or on the freeway then fast, but if it is the weekend or I am with my husband then slow.

It really depends on the situation and location. If it is living, take it slow and enjoy. If it is driving, go the speed limit. If it is sex, both!!!
