what is the deal with the may flys I came out of work and I was blinded by these fish flys now I am at home?

and I even found one in my underware!!!!what is going on and what do they want with me.

What is going on, you ask...could be because you're dirty? How does one find a may fly in their underwear? Next time wash yourself with bleach, and get a flytrap plant down there.
