im sooo angry with this carrier! PEOPLE do NOT ever use this carrier. They never left a notice on my door when it said that they did online!! That happened TWICe!! And my packages didn't even need a signature confirmation even when the person who delivered paid for it! If you ever going to use this service you might lose money because these carrier can just give your packages to anyone and said it was delivered. And when they attempt the first delivery, we had to call them as ask where are package was since we didn't receive a notice...they said our package was somewhere and they were NOT sure! And they haven't even call us back yet which they promise us that they would call us back within the same day! I can not believe we have to call them to get a second delivery...it did said online that that they would deliver the next business day! THEY ARE SOOO AWFUL!!!
If you can share you WORST experience from DHL, you'll get 10 points! i'll pick the winner tomorrow around the same time!

I completey agree that DHL is the worst carrier!
It took them 8 days to get a package to me from 30 miles away that was shipped next day! It was really a nightmare.
They have a hub in my town. They meet in the parking lot of an abandoned lumber store in the morning. All the trucks line up and they are throwing hundreds of packages all around on the ground, trying to sort them out. I have seen them out there, with the packages on the ground, in the rain.
Am AMAZED that they are still in business.

though it is dhl...dhl bought airbourne..and because the drivers for airbourne were union, there were stipulations that when air b was bought, their drivers would be (due to a seniority system)mixed in with dhl drivers. i worked for dhl for 10 years as a airport ops guy way back when....and we would go out of our ways to help,deliver and please our customers....we were not the biggest....but we were the best.....corporate (the man) gets their teeth into things and its all about money...but they forget its you who pays their salaries......ive still got contacts within the company....ill let em know
