The audio book is going to be released on the 21st of July, (same time as the regular book) so chances of getting anything before then are fairly slim. Of course you won't be able to download it for free legally but if you keep an eye on bit-torrent sites after the 21st you might just come across a copy.

ebooks at splurit.com/books are free. all harry potter books +more are there, and they take requests.
