shaving your eyebrows off and just getting them tattooed in?

I hardly have any as it is so i think i am gonna get that done. I also want to get a pineapple tattoed on my anus. Hey wanna go out with me.

No they would grow back and you'll have to keep shaving them to see the tattoos. You can shave them and paint them on with mascara. Tattoos are too permanent to put on your face.

Noooo!! The lady who used to wax my eyebrows specialized in "permanent makeup"...basically, tattooing on eyebrows, eyeliner, lipliner, etc. My eyebrows are naturally blonde, so she was always trying to hustle me into doing this. (I get them dyed every three or four weeks now, it looks very natural.)

I was always curious about shaving my head and getting a toupee tatted on or getting eyeballs on my eye lids.
