I think you should just go up to them and tell them how you feel or if you don't feel comfortable telling them then write them a secret letter and see if they will respond back.

pay a little more attention to the person like helping them, but play hard to get so they wont totally think that they have like a bait to a hook and can always ask u for things all the time
