Paris is definately the best!
Others I have tried that are OK:
Mirage
Bellagio
Luxor

Hilton (the one way off the strip)--YUCK!

Of those I've tried, best to worst in value (pts off for being expensive): Main St Station, Flamingo, Golden Nugget, Caesars, Fremont, Plaza, Buffalo Bills, Sahara.

Main St. Station for variety, quality, and price.
If seafood is a must; then go to Rio.
For good value on French inspired meals, Paris is a good choice.

I've been to too many, considering I live in Vegas. I personally liked the one they used to have at the "Reserve", before they changed it to the more local "Fiesta".

i really liked the seafood buffet at the rio.

i liked breakfast at bally's the most.
